150 minutes of cardio a week , balanced diet , s*x , 70 minutes of weight strength and conditioning a week . Any more your wasting your time . A Leopard ,Lion ,Cheetah hunt and sprint 12 minutes a day and sleep the rest. These animals are lean . Yet again they don't watch Netflix or Amazon Prime and eat candy and drink beer like a Yobbo daily . I hope you find my tips entertaining .
Pre-lockdown, I stayed strong by attending Bikram Yoga classes regularly.
Now, with the freedom to work from home I am sitting on my tuchus at the computer 17 hours a day and rarely dragging some space heaters and a humidifier into the bathroom for a once through the poses.
Because I value transparency: My body will never be in "good shape" though I can be strong, and have a low resting heart rate.
I show wear from a different life long-ago lived.
Years and years ago, I lost over 90lbs, and have kept it off save a few Covid pounds ...but evidence of the earlier weight remains. Three children and no tummy tuck!
I chose to travel with my settlement instead of going under the knife. Although I have plenty of regrets, the choice to travel isn't one of them.

My perfect match will like soft, warm, and squeezable more than firm and slim.
I workout consistently but don't overtrain. You'll find me in the gym most mornings before the sun is up.
I eat healthy but am not fanatical about it. Lots of veggies. And yes, I love a good steak.

I have a serious but not fanatical relationship with CrossFit. In the BeforeTimes, I went to the gym; now it's my garage. I also enjoy active vacations, with skiing, hiking, and so on. These days, I intersperse my workout schedule with my Oculus Quest because, yes, I am that kind of nerd.

My biological age is 50 so this is what I'd say to this heading.
Drink alcohol very moderately and stay off the carbs. Ditch the sugar as much as possible. Forget the takeaway fried junk. Its important to build and maintain muscle and metabolism with weight training and regular walking is great for allover health.
I lift weights, count my macros, and do cardio several days a week. On average I get 13,000 to 15,000 steps daily. Fitness is good for the heart, as well as I like looking good. I do like the pleasures that a nip and tuck brings, facials, good skin care as I am familiar with it.
Yoga, swimming, and surfing! I also love to go on hikes and be in nature most of the time. I really love to be out on the ocean paddle boarding, surf, and be on a boat. I'd love to have a workout partner as well.
I work out each day for at least 30 minutes. To be honest its the bare minimum haha. Three days of more vigorous exercise. I also eat healthy. Lots and lots of protein and veggies! But always value a balanced diet with the occasional treat as well!
I am a personal trainer and swim instructor. Hit the gym at least 3 times a week for my own personal workouts. I also work at a gym, so I don't really have an excuse to not be in shape. Let me help you with your work outs ;)

Due to Covid I stopped going to the gym, but I am in the process of building my own private gym currently so I have started training again. I try to eat healthy by cooking my own meals, but I love good restaurant food and cafes, so I try to keep a balance between healthy eating and training while still enjoying life.
I chase around a b*by and a cat not to mention i walk everywhere I can. I have a basic Diet and I enjoy burning off the food I ate with a pleasant stroll after I eat gives me time to chat and enjoy the beauty of the world
I drink apple cider vinegar every morning before breakfast and fasting (eat 8 hours and no food for 16 hours). I workout 4 to 5 times a week with 30 to 40 minutes. And I do 3 minutes plank to finish. (Beat me)
