I have a slim athletic build. I do push-ups and rope pulls every day, and I do hybrid squats every second day. I need to do cardio more consistently, but when I do it, it's normally based around steps and jumps.
I love to go dancing or do yoga with my friends. That is basically how I tend to stay in shape. At the gym my favorite machine to use are the ellipticals, they really help me out. One day I'm going to be a member of the Equinox.
I am a very intense runner. It seems to be that I struggle with maintaining my body weight in the winter as I am not working out as much. Although throughout the summer I am very fit and active. I especially like to run on trails in the near by forest.

Make the best choices possible with food and nutrition and get a little time in the gym if not active enough outside that week. Get lots of fresh air. Fresh air, fresh company, fresh food, fresh spirit all in good health.
I love hitting the gym and eating right. Some of my favorite exercise activities include running, hot yoga, weight lifting, and pole dancing.
Anything that will keep me tight, healthy, and hot! My diet is very clean, but I enjoy chocolate, too. Who doesn't?
I work out from time to time, and I also love to ear health to. Yes i have my junk food but as long as I don't consume to much i'm fine. Plus im just a naturally "Bad b*ch" in my eyes. Oh and let me not forget some times I'll waiver my meals for the day.

I have a regular exercise routine 3-4 days every week. I do squats and pole fitness work. I eat fruits, take vitamins, and go outside as much as possible! I also drink protein supplement shakes and love to have fresh salads.

I have to confess that I am naturally blessed with a petite pretty body. I can eat a lot and eat so much junk food without gaining weight so that's great haha! I do bike to the train station every day though if that even counts as sport.

I workout pretty often, but yoga is what I value the most, I want to be able to bend and move when I'm older, gotta look after this body. I'd rather have good mobility than to look a certain way.
