I love hiking and running my dog! I often do hot yoga and also have a infrared sauna which is super great for you. Long walks on a nice day along a beach front is pretty awesome then pop in somewhere for a drink and a bite.
Am a serious weightlifter and aerobics person. My gym discipline has provided me with energy that was no small reason for my success in life. Started at age 35 when most guys gut begins to grow, as mine did. Been at it ever since.
All I have to say to this is, how bias... I got curves b*by, and you wouldn't believe it, but it's all natural. So, if you like thin "petite" babes, then I can't really blame you there. But it's not always about what's on the outside, so please come correct when you approach me.
I just got to LA and can't afford a membership here yet. My hometown was only $20 omg haha... but I like to weightlift and recently started running at the beach with my dog. I cant wait to join here so I can really work hard on myself.
Spend less time in the gym more i what you put into your body.
Listen your body when performing any workout.
Don't follow everyone strategy,because your body is different .
Be kind your body that's all you got.
Once you stop sitting in front of a computer most days and half the nights, its amazing how good you feel. I have always been runner, swimmer, weights, but now keep in shape the old-fashioned wayworking on my properties, chopping wood, running away from apex predators, that type of thing.
Well, My work requires me to walk a lot, Play Golf and Tennis but not a pro and I do a lot of bike riding. I'm not much into the Gym since I'm running around taking care of my four businesses daily that is like going to the gym in itself.

Dont do as much as I should in order to get into the shape that I am planning for.
Gym regularly, on a mission to get back into my former body building shape.
I have a bike, and I did enjoy riding it for a while... 30 minutes every day, was fantastic... then I stopped... hmmm, think I'll go for a ride now...
I stay in shape by dancing and going to the gym. As well as healthy eating habits, low carb diet and lots of fruits and veggies. I also do yoga, pilates, and spinning classes that my school has available.
Im vegan, i don't actually try to stay skinny. I would like to gain some weight but my metabolism is too fast and im vegan so I don't eat anything that would mess up my body enough to gain weight. I never work out, I dont really move if i dont have to, i guess i just got lucky.
I keep in shape by taking walks when I can and using weights during my workouts to stay toned and in shape. I used to play lacrosse, so playing on a rec team of a sport is always fun! I am interested in weight lifting and looking to learn more about it!

I enjoy running, playing tennis and attending the gym as keeping my body in perfect shape is something that I take pride in and always am striving to be the best possible version of my self. I also love yoga and how good it makes you feel after completing a session (and how flexible it can make me)
I workout everyday and as tiny as I may seem I try super hard to keep my body in shape and drink lots and lots of water. I do also follow workout routines on YouTube and lift weights since I am trying to grow my arms and also trying to get abs.
