    My biological age is 50 so this is what I'd say to this heading. Drink alcohol very moderately and stay off the carbs. Ditch the sugar as much as possible. Forget the takeaway fried junk. Its important to build and maintain muscle and metabolism with weight training and regular walking is great for allover health.

    To be honest, this year I have had trouble getting to the gym...haven't we all? I am consciously working toward getting back into shape. I am completely real and uncut when I say that I am comfortable the way I am. I love the woman I have become and looks aren't everything. If they are then we're all in trouble!

    i work out usually 5 times a week with a few rest days in between i started getting into working out about two years ago but it took time to learn and practice correct form and usage of the machines so everything takes time but i love to workout it makes me feel good!!

    I enjoy pilates, yoga, hiking, dancing, circus arts like lyra and aerial straps. Hiking and roller skating are my favorite ways to spend an afternoon. I'm also very into healthy eating. I'm a great cook! Spending hours in the kitchen preparing a meal is my happy place.

    Workout 5x a week and I have a mosty clean diet. But sometimes i cant help it when the donuts fall on my plate. I love to work legs and back mostly. Theirs nothing more sexy than a women in hell with a backless dress.

    I grew up playing hockey and later was playing a never ending circle of high level rugby and hockey. When I graduated high school and started university I chose not to play either sport and instead focus on my degree. I now work out by going to the gym and doing some weights as well as going running for cardio. I also eat a fairly balanced diet but I also do not restrict.

    I enjoy jogging, I'm slow and steady so don't call it running :). Particularly outdoors, but occasionally like to include other activities. Plan to get into biking next spring, hopefully more trail than road but open to both. Hiking. Have done cross fit and kickboxing all are ok.

    Love going to the gym to do both cardio and lifting. Also love kickboxing workouts. My favorite exercise when it is nice outside it a walk or a hike with a good view! Always down for some good bike trails as well.

    For exercise, I enjoy walking my dogs, riding a bike, and any other outdoor activity available. Before COVID, I used to go to the gym regularly. I stay on top of my nutrition by cooking 90% of my meals. I enjoy doing it, and it also allows me to make sure I'm properly nourishing my body to stay in shape!

    Do we really need a minimum of 200 character's for this? Eat well and exercise. Keeps me focussed, healthy, helps me to meditate and keeps me focused on pursuing my bodies limits. Fitness and health is important to me and the benefits of exercise should not be solely based off of keeping your body in shape. Although it does keep me looking sexy and limber for any any man I deem worthy enough to experience it ;)

    Be stronger than your excuses. Drink much water and eat organically as often as you can. Exercise in the morning before your brain figures out what you are doing. Keep your squats low and your standards high.
