    I workout 5 Days a week and I eat very healthy. my favourite cardio is the stair master using a resistance band for 20 minutes every morning, then I drink a smoothie for some fuel ! which helps establish a morning routine !

    Well I wouldn't say its in shape BUT I am losing weight and I am working on my strength. I like to hike in the mountains and enjoy swimming in the surf so long as its warm. I am happy to join you in any fitness regime you may have if you invite me.

    whats your definition of "good shape"? I still fit in a regular air plane seat. Im somewhere between a banana and a watermelon. To sum it up, my fat pants are still loose on me. The day that my fat pants are tight, its all over for me.

    I love all things outdoor, so it is easy to keep in shape. Apart from hiking, I love to jog, swim and visit the gym at least 3-4 times a week. I also believe a strong brain is just as important as a strong body, therefore I am always trying out and learning new things.

    Yoga! Every day! I love it so much! I eat super healthy, mostly plant-based, but I do eat meat from time to time! I just eat what I know/feel is best for my body. I also walk my doggo which is great exercise as well!

    I eat Hello Fresh most of the week, (I would totally recommend) no fast food! also, my sister and I go on a jog in the morning and then do basic workouts like squats, donkey kicks and weightlifting. p.s: I only splurge every once in a while, if I eat bad food with you i must really like you!;)

    I am a dancer, so I train roughly 11 hours a week. I do ballet, jazz, tap, hiphop, musical theatre, modern. I like to balance out my strength, persistence and flexibility when I practise. Dancing is a huge hobby of mine and I would love to pursue a career in the industry.

    I'm a pescatarian, so I only eat fish. I eat healthy since I do cardio. But I do treat myself to something sweet like a slice of red velvet cake or a small scoop of ice cream. I used to drink a lot but now I'm just do it socially, depending where I'm at. If you picked a place to eat that serve mostly meat, I can find something that doesn't.

    I go to the gym 5 days a week, and go on hikes and walks on the weekends. I run to relax but my maximum distance is 3 miles a day- I am not a marathon runner! I enjoy all food in moderation (I have a weakness for french fries) but I try to stick to a strict diet recommended by nutritionalist.

    I keep my body in shape with frequent yoga and exercise. I like to eat clean, limiting the amount of processed foods and snacks. I also dont eat any meat. I drink lots water daily, no sodas or sugary drinks. I try to keep my body as clean on the inside as the outside!
