200 characters minimum. yikes, My plan is way simpler than 200 characters. I go to the Y down the street a few times a week. I use free weights to tone my body, and I eat in a manner that benefits my health. Of course I eat the occasional hamburger, lol
I go to the gym 4-5 times per week and really train hard when I am there, try to eat pretty healthy most of the time, and play golf whenever I can. I am not fanatic about my diet though. I'll still split a pizza with you and share dessert occasionally. Rage, rage, rage against old age...LOL
I keep my body in shape through activities such as; yoga, dancing, and running.
I use yoga as a form of self-care and meditation.
I LOVE to dance, dancing helps me release emotions!
I enjoy running as a basic exercise.
As you can see, my health is important to me!

I go to the Gym at least 3 times a week .......have done consistently for many years. Besides being good for you its a form of self discipline and a good character builder. I pretty much just lift weights...I was a Bodybuider at one time but now I just train with weights.
Running a million miles a week and cross training :) I have those strong mountain legs. I can't imagine my days without being able to run and enjoy the outdoors. I feel free and alive when I'm out on the trails.

I am a ballet and gymnastics instructor to young boys and girls, all of which rather keep me on my toes both literally and figuratively ;) I have also taken up aerial silks again, but I am in no way a professional.
I've never been much of a runner so I prefer swimming. I have my own pool so I'll swim laps every evening or so. I also live a reasonable distance from the beach. When the water is not too cold I love to go for a swim in the ocean with my friends.
I workout five days a week Tuesday through Saturday . Every other week I do vegan meal for atleast five days out of the week as well. I believe in keeping my body on the right track. Its also good for the brain as well.
Ha! This body was built by wine and cheese. I just bought a home gym, so this will most likely change, but it will take some time. If you don't like warm, soft, cuddly guys, we're probably not a match.
was 400 and now 200 so still working on body shape. fight to keep weight off now 5 years later, no exercize just diet. missing big toes so no balance without cane sometimes. special incerts so special shoes. so can't share shoes with others.
Playing drumset is the biggest thing that keeps me active from day to day. I lead a very very active lifestyle: walking to all my classes, bodyweight workouts, morning walks, hiking, rock climbing. . . really outdoors things in general. In the winter, I work out more because I spend less time outside.
I have a petite yet curvy figure. I love to work out about 4-5x a week just to stay perky and toned. I also do Yoga every single day. It helps keep my body tight and flexible. Maybe I can show you my yoga routine some day?
Before COVID, I'd go to the gym 6 days a week where I'd focus on cardio and light weight training. I also love doing spa treatments like facials and massages to keep my skin looking good. I also am trying to get better at yoga.
