    Go for walk try and eat healthy keep up with doctors appointments. Don't have much time to go to the gym or I would lol but as for now any working out at home is best for me. Plus with Covid19 out there in the world I rather not get sick

    I go to the gym 3 times a week, I feel I should alwase look my best for you. I like to eat well with hello fresh box deliveries, :D I only just started getting them and I love it, its so easy and yummy to stay eating healthy.

    I go to gym around 5-6 times a week. I train lower body and glutes 70% of the time, with upper body days in between. I also do boxing once a week as a form of cardio. I really love exercising and feeling strong and powerful.

    Cross-fit, working out. Hit training. Interested in nutrition for personal health but not too worried as long as you live a healthy lifestyle. Running and swimming are my favorite forms of exercise. But also sporty when I want to be.

    Erm, define 'good shape'. Geometry says round is a shape. :P Seriously, I am overweight, but I am mostly solid. Every time I try to get into a weight loss exercise routine, something severe happens and I gain more than I lost. I seem to do better when I am not stressing about it (steady avg weight now for the last 5 years and my diet is decent according to doctors).

    I work out at the gym at least 5 days a week, I teach and perform circus arts (aerial acrobatics, contortion, etc.) and I roller skate daily! On really nice evenings, I like to go for walks around the neighborhood or at a nearby park, listening to music or podcasts.

    En fait, j'ai la chance d'avoir un tres beau corps lol je n'ai pas necesserement a faire attention pour garder la forme, Je mange quand meme bien, mais je ne fais pas tant d'exercises lol et je ne vais pas au gym avant oui mais plus maintenant, mon cote paresseuse a pris le dessus pour le gym.

    I go on runs around my city every few days and I watch and follow workout videos at home. I also try to eat as healthy as possible with a nice balanced diet and I party a lot, it keeps me moving and helps me stay healthy!

    Yoga! in the past few months I have fallen in love with doing yoga from home. I am really looking forward to studios to reopen so I can get into hot yoga. I find it helps with keeping me zen and it is amazing for toning the body.

    Most recently Noom, I love to play golf and belong to a country club, walking, I maintain my own 3 acre parcel, kayak and parent two Boston Terriers the latter of which could easily win tractor pulling contests.

    I workout at least 2/3 times a week when I'm not busy with school. I make sure to eat healthy to keep my body fit and in shape. My goals are to gain more muscle in the right areas of course and maintaining my health.
