I'm a big yogi and discovered a new love for at-home workouts (courtesy of the pandemic) am constantly on the move. I play sports occasionally. Volleyball, Softball, and a little Basketball if i'm not watching it from home... mostly.
When I was in high school and college I was never heavy enough to playcontact sports. I leaned to run, swim and play tennis. Throughout my life I continue to run, swim and play tennis and have found that these sports keep me in excellent shape. I have completed 6 marathons. Weights and I do not play well together lol! :)
Like I mentioned before I work out lightly. To afraid of getting bulky or becoming an addict of the gym. I like my silhouette so I would like to not loose weight. Maybe gain some muscle and do light weights.
I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and limit junk food. I prefer natural food that is not processed. I also like to do outside workouts when it is not too hot outside. Hikes are amazing =), especially with a view like a waterfall of some sort. I enjoy fruit and vegetables also.
I enjoy being active in the gym and attending yoga classes. I believe a healthy body is connected with a healthy mind. I do a combo of both cardio and weight lifting to keep my body toned. The gym not only helps keep me in shape but is the best form of therapy, especially after a long day.
I usually walk the treadmill at the gym every day, but as of late I dance in my apt. for min of 15 min..I have a couple favorite songs and when I hear them it is like I under a spell cause I have to dance to 1 song. I feel guilty if I pass on dancing......like I got ) exercise today!! I have mastered the art of Smoothies and can make some very health and delicious.....ask to see my Smoothie menu.
I workout 6 days a week, run ultra marathons, ultra swim events and I love a six pack ON my stomach rather than IN my stomach. I'd like someone who understands this takes an hour + of my day, every day and it's important to keep myself in shape.
I would love to give credit to Chloe Ting, The Bootyking, my dedication to meal prepping, and keep it cute fitness elastic bands for my petite figure. I am looking forward to my twins face lift in 2021.
Luckily, my curves are handed down to me from generations above me but to keep these curves smooth as glass I constantly stretch. I stretch in the morning when I wake up, I stretch my arms as Im walking. If Im driving, perfect time for glut and kegel exercises. I love the feeling of keeping everything up and in, where it belongs!!
Several of the businesses that I own require me to spend much of the time doing strenuous activities. I also spend alot of time outside doing activities that help me keep in shape. I always enjoy being outdoors doing things.
I workout with weights, so I have a muscular build. I do not smoke nor drink, and live a sober lifestyle. Do you exercise at all? Can you please describe your shape, build and best features? Thank you!
Personal exercise designated days and time on weekdays. I usually allocate some of my free time during the week to run and do exercises to stay fit. Minimum of 30 minutes. A little dedication goes a long way!
My life would feel out of balance without some type of daily movement.
I love dancing (occasionally graceful but mostly spastic) Runs, yoga, biking, hiking etc.
I grew up a gymnast and did cheer in high school, so using my physical body is important to me.
watch what i eat, lay off fatty foods, junk food, and drink alot of water to melt away the fat. try to go out and do some exercise either walking or some active activities such as running or chores of some sort.
I have a personal trainer that during non lockdown I have 2 to 3 sessions a week with. Also I have gym equipment at home or a trip to my local gym .When the weather allows a nice brisk walk in the countryside
